After considerable time and effort, Damiki is proud to introduce a new creature bait – the Knockout. The 4-inch Knockout is as versatile as it gets when it comes to soft plastics. Originally created with flipping and punching in mind, the Knockout can also be used as a jig trailer or with Texas and Carolina rigs.
The versatility of this bait comes in the ability to customize the piece to the specific needs of the angler. The Knockout sports moving appendages that include a pair of large profile claws, flaps, antennae, legs, and two air-filled chambers that help keep this bait moving even in slack-tide conditions. By keeping or removing certain appendages, the angler can achieve slow fluttering falls and a kicking tail-swim action to target bass in a multitude of situations. Similar to the wildly popular and innovative Air Craw that was introduced in 2011, the Knockout sports two air-filled chambers that lift the tail section of this bait off the ground giving the claws a waving motion even when sitting still.
The main body of the Knockout is ribbed on the top side to give the bait texture and water movement while a smooth underside allows the bait to slide through the thickest of cover. To enhance the punchability, the underside also has a hook slot for 100 percent weedless fishability.
The 4-inch Knockout is made of a salt impregnated soft plastic that is currently available in six color variations. Anglers can choose from an array of natural bait colors that include watermelon red-black(201), green pumpkin black(203), watermelon candy(206), original green pumpkin(306), black red(504), and black blue(505).
