Falcon Lake guide Tommy Law finished off his first week of 2011 in record fashion.
While fishing with a client on Jan. 7, Law caught a 15.63-pound giant that now stands as the largest caught out of Falcon Lake, arguably the best bass fishery in the United States. Ironically, he caught the fish on the Mexico side of the lake, in the Salado arm.
As for Law's client, he also had himself a noteworthy day, having caught a 13-pounder earlier that morning. Both fish were released.
