I don't understand it!!! It is not that complicated for a nation who claims to be Christian. According to statistics some where around 80% claim they are Christians. Just for the record I do not believe that stat because our nation would be much different if it was true. Our Supreme Court once again has a major decision to make over gay marriage. If we were a nation that stands upon the Word of God this decision would be cut and dried. Look at these scriptures:



Genesis 2:24

24 Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.



Proverbs 18:22

He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the LORD



Matthew 19:4-6

"Haven't you read," he replied, "that at the beginning the Creator 'made them male and female,' and said, 'For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh' ? So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate."



1 Corinthians 7:1-16

Now for the matters you wrote about: It is good for a man not to marry. But since there is so much immorality, each man should have his own wife, and each woman her own husband. The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband. The wife's body does not belong to her alone but also to her husband. In the same way, the husband's body does not belong to him alone but also to his wife. Do not deprive each other except by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Ephesians 5:22-23

Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior.



Colossians 3:18-19

Wives, submit to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them.



Hebrews 13:4-7

Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral. Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." So we say with confidence, "The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?" Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.

Jude 1:7

Remember this is God's Word not mine. We are not above God. Man's opinion does not matter when it conflicts with God's Word. Our feelings do not matter when it comes to God's Word. Our love does does not matter when it contradicts God's Word. His Word is the final authority, case closed. If you are a Christian and you disagree with God then you had better check to see if you are really a Christian because God is God and what He says goes. There is no other option.



People will say who are you to judge, I am not the judge God is and I stand upon His Word! He has told us what is sin and right, we must obey and follow. I have given my life to Christ and I will follow his Word til death.



It really isn't that complicated if we will get self out of the way, and follow Jesus. Hate sin, love people, and above all love God!

The Lower unit is a 2011 lower unit (that's another story).
The newer lower unit calls for a larger diameter hub so my older props are not usable.
No jack-plate (but am contemplating a 10").

My original lower unit prop = Rengade 14 1/2 x 25, 4 blade
My newer lower unit came with a Raker 14 1/2 x 25, 3 blade

I lost several MPH, but have a great hole shot.

I don't post here regularly, but seeing that all fishers post here, I thought I'd ask.

I have Bass Pro Shop 360 and 370 boxes that I use for any kind of hard baits such as topwater, spinnerbait, crankbait, and jigs. I even sometime use them for my soft lures, either I take them out of their plastic bag and throw them in the box or I keep them in the plastic bag and tuck them in the boxes.

But lately, I feel uncomfortable about that and I feel there's too much clutter when I do this.

What are the best ways I can store my soft lures other than having to use the 360 or 370 boxes? I know there's a binder that can be found from Tackle Warehouse and Bass Pro Shop, but I am never sure which one is the right one and to maximize my storage for all my soft lures that I have.

Additionally, I am not a pro fisher, I mainly fish from shore, and I will be participating in the tournament as co-angler/non-boater this year. I tend to use a little backpack that can fit up to 3 360s or 370s.

For many people, December 14, 2012, was just another day. Adults went to work, children went to school and others went on with their everyday lives. That was so in Newtown, Connecticut, until a senseless event changed that day and the lives of many forever. From the loss of lives that day, many believe that 26 new angels were created. Since that tragic day, the Newtown community has begun to heal with the support of residents, families, friends and strangers.

A survivor, of the Newtown tragedy, Natalie Hammond, was the lead teacher at The Sandy Hook Elementary School. Natalie and her husband (Jerry) decided that they wanted to help the community that they both cared for greatly.

The 26 Angels Foundation, Inc. was their dream. The foundation was established with the help of fishermen and businessmen that have the goal of helping the Newtown community. The 26 Angels Foundation, Inc. will identify specific individuals, groups and causes, within the Newtown community, and offer assistance through the foundation's fundraising efforts. The hope of the foundation is to provide peace of mind and support to all children, families, residents and the overall community of Newtown.

On May 5, 2013, the foundation's 1st annual benevolent bass fishing tournament will be held on Candlewood Lake in Danbury, Connecticut. This uniquely formatted benevolent tournament will give 100% of the entry fees to the 26 Angels Foundation. The tournament has already drawn entrants from Florida, Wisconsin, Michigan, New Jersey, New York and throughout New England.

During the tournament, the children and families of the Sandy Hook School will be invited to enjoy a day of fun at Danbury Town Park.

The 26 Angels Foundation, Inc. is currently seeking financial donations and/or the donation of goods/services that would be used the day of the event or in the future to help raise money for the foundation. Any amount of contribution is greatly appreciated.

1) Can anyone sign up and fish an FLW tournament?

2) Should I start at the BFL level, Federation level or where?

3) Are there any tournaments where I can pick my own partner or fish with my son?

There are more questions I probably have but can't think of them right now. I'm just confused so appreciate any additional info anyone can provide.
