Off-limits Areas: Rule #12 including fish release (see FLWOutdoors.com for Off-limits map). Northern Boundary - No fishing above Priest Rapids Dam. No fishing above lower Monumental Dam on the Snake River. Southern Boundary - No fishing below the John Day Dam on the Columbia River. No fishing above the S.R. 240 Bridge on the Yakima River. Locking allowed. Rule # 7 "Each contestant is required to wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device anytime the combustion engine is in operation during practice and from boat check until weigh-in each day of the tournament." Catch Limit: 5, Size Limit: 12" smallmouth; 17" largemouth (may keep 1 largemouth)
