There is no locking into the Kissimmee River, the Caloosahatchee River or Port St. Lucie Canal. Locking is allowed to any areas inside the Lake Okeechobee Basin. All competition waters are off-limits January 21-February 2, 2013 and February 6, 2013. Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 12" Fishing License: A Florida fishing license is required and may be purchased by calling 888.347.4356.
