Off Limits: See rule #13 plus the entire Marina and Boat Launch area at Roland & Mary Ann Martin's Marina (see map at www.flwoutdoors.com). There is no locking into the Kissimmee River, the Caloosahatchee River or Port St. Lucie Canal. Locking is allowed to any areas inside the Lake Okeechobee Basin. All competition waters are off-limits January 23-February 4, 2012 and February 8, 2012.
