Off Limits: See rule #13 plus the takeoff area at the Boat Basin (see map at flwoutdoors.com). This includes 50 yards from break wall at the marina, extending in a straight line to the mouth of the Saranac River. Canadian waters are off-limits to fishing and may not be entered to access any US fishing areas. Locking is NOT permitted during the event. All waters of Lake Champlain are off-limits June 11-23, 2012 and June 27, 2012.

License: A Vermont fishing license is reciprocal with New York, with the exception of the southern most tip of the lake. A New York fishing license is reciprocal with Vermont, with the exception of Malletts Bay, the Inland Sea, the Gut, Carry Bay, Alburg Passage, and Missisquoi Bay (see map).
