The lake is off limits March 8-19 and March 23, 2010. A boater safety course is required for boaters under 26 years of age. Size Limit: 5 bass limit, 14" on all bass. Service trailers will be located at the Ramsey Creek Park beginning on March 21, 2010. The Top 5 boat yard will be located at the Cabarrus Arena.
