Off Limits: Any areas posted as off-limits by federal or state agencies plus the entire area at the Red River South Marina (100 yards up-stream and 100 yards down-stream) extending 200 yards off shore and to include the areas known as Cowley's Lake on pool #5 and Stevens Lake in Pool #4. There will be no fishing allowed above the Highway 2 Bridge on Pool #5. All Arkansas waters are off-limits. Competition waters Days (1-4) are limited to Pools 3, 4, and 5. All waters that are open during competition days are off limits Jan 25-Feb 5, 2010 and Feb 9, 2010. The size limit is 12 inches on all bass with a 5 bass creel.
