Off-limits: Standard off-limits as defined in rule 12, including the entire Missisquoi National Wildlife Refuge & the entire Plattsburgh Boat Basin takeoff area, which includes outside of the break wall at the marina extending to the mouth of the Saranac River. You cannot enter any part of the Missisquoi Refuge to access any fishing waters. Canadian waters are off-limits to fishing and may not be entered to access any U.S. fishing areas. No locking.

Off-limits 6/22-7/3 & 7/8. A VT license is reciprocal with NY with the exception of the southern most tip of the lake. A NY license is good in VT with the exception of Malletts Bay, the Inland Sea, the Gut, Carry Bay, Alburg Passage & Missisquoi Bay.

Awards are based on a 150-boat field for the season. It is possible that the initial field could include up to 160 boats. In the event more than 150 pros and co-anglers fish, one additional place will be awarded for each contestant over 150. These awards are $4,000 for each pro and $700 for each co-angler finishing in 51st through 60th place. Ranger Cup bonuses are guaranteed.
