Tournament waters will be off limits October 7-11, 2013. Fishing License/Regulations: A Texas license is required for Texas waters and may be purchased by calling 800.895.4248. An Oklahoma license is required for Oklahoma waters and may be purchased by calling 405.521.3852. Two-thirds of this lake lies in Oklahoma. Anglers with Texas fishing license may fish in the Texas portions of the reservoir or purchase a Lake Texoma license to fish the entire lake.
