Boat Ramp Weigh-in: Daily at 3:00 p.m. at Old Kuttawa Recreation Area Off Limits: Standard FLW off limits plus the fish release area at Kuttawa Marina. Locking is NOT permitted. All waters and tributaries of Kentucky and Barkley Lakes are open to fishing. Tournament waters will be off limits October 1-5, 2012. Fishing License: Tennessee waters require a Tennessee license and may be purchased by calling 888.814.8972. Kentucky waters require a Kentucky license and may be purchased by calling 877.598.2401.
