All anglers fishing in Maryland waters must be prepared to present a valid drivers license or some sort of picture ID along with fishing license. D.C. license may be purchased at Fred's Sporting Goods (301.843.3040) A U.S. Coast Guard State boating course and D.C. license required when fishing in D.C. waters.
