    The regular Wal-Mart BFL rules concerning off-limits during competition days will apply to this event. Any water north of the Highway 291 Bridge (Bissell Bridge) will be off limits. The area at Charter Oaks Landing from the Gazebo to the Power Plant downstream, including the entire jetty, will also be off limits to fishing.
