Off Limits: Standard FLW off limits plus the fish release area at weigh-in site. It is illegal to posses a smallmouth in TN waters on Barkley Lake less than 18".

Fishing License: A Kentucky license is required for Kentucky waters and Tennessee waters up to the Highway 79 Bridge. A Tennessee license is required for Tennessee waters and up to the Highway 68 Bridge in Kentucky waters except for waters in Blood River. No reciprocal agreement between Kentucky and Tennessee on Barkley/Kentucky Lake. Locking is NOT permitted.
