Canadian waters are off-limits to fishing and may not be entered to access any US fishing areas. No locking allowed during this event. License: A Vermont fishing license (www.vtfishandwildlife.com) is reciprocal with New York for all of Lake Champlain with the exception of the southern most tip of the lake. A New York fishing license is good in Vermont with the exception of Malletts Bay, the Gut, albug Passage, Missisquoi Bay and the Inland Sea. Catch Limit: 5, Size Limit: 12 inches Time Zone: Eastern Awards based on 150-boat field.
