    Off Limits: Standard off-limits as defined in Rule #11. Fish release area at Ingalls Harbor. No locking. Central Time Zone.
    License: AL
    Practice: There will not be an official practice period or off-limits period prior to the pre-tournament meeting. However, the purchasing of information or the hiring of services will not be permitted after Wednesday, 10-11-06.

    Directions to Ingalls Harbor:
    From Hwy 31 North: Turn left on Hwy 20 West before you cross the Tennessee River and go 1.65 miles down Hwy 20. Ingalls Harbor will be on your right. A Public Boat Launch sign will be posted.

    From Hwy 31 South: Merge onto Hwy 20 West by the Holiday Inn after crossing the Tennessee River and go 1.65 miles down Hwy 20. Ingalls Harbor will be on your right. A Public Boat Launch sign will be posted.

    From Hwy 20 East and Hwy 67 North Intersection: Go 2.24 miles. Ingalls Harbor will be on your left. Turn left at the road just past the Decatur Utilities Water Treatment Plant.
