Gaskill, a native of Edwardsville, Ill., began fishing the Tour in 2011. Prior to his rookie season, he had fished just one FLW tournament, a BFL event on Mark Twain Lake. Gaskill also fishes the EverStart Series, where he pulled off his first top-10 finish at the Lake of the Ozarks in 2012.
Prior to joining the tour, Gaskill held a position of Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing with a major restaurant equipment manufacturer with sales in excess of $100,000,000. He retired in 2008 to spend more time with his family and pursue his fishing career further. Gaskill is married to wife Beckie and has two children in college. He enjoys duck hunting during the winter months.
