One of the youngest anglers on the Tour, Jarabeck, made the move to the front of the boat in 2013. The native of Lynchburg, Va., began fishing FLW in 2006 as a co-angler in the BFL circuit. In 2011, he fished his way into the FLW Tour as a co-angler and finished 19th in the overall points race. He further improved his skills and confidence in 2012, finishing 12th and notching three top-10 finishes along the way.
Philip Jarabeck grew up in the small town of Richfield Pennsylvania. Philip’s passion for the sport of fishing over took his focus from all other activities. By the time he got his high school diploma, he was already a certified U.S. Coast Guard Approved Merchant Marine Officer (aka Captain). After school he moved to the Outter Banks of North Carolina for two years as an inshore and near-shore charter captain. Then he decided to follow in his uncle David Dudley's footsteps, and start tournament bass fishing.
