Kilby is one of the few anglers that has been competing on the Tour every year since 1996. Kilby has qualified for numerous Forrest Wood Cup Championships, his best finish coming back in 2003 at the James River (3rd).
Kilby, an Arkansas native, excels when fishing his home waters, and over his career has claimed multiple top-10 finishes at Beaver Lake. When there is a tournament in Arkansas, Kilby is always a threat.
