Brasher is known for his love of Texas lakes. He began his FLW career fishing the BFL Cowboy Division, transitioning to the EverStart Texas Division and finally ending up on the FLW Tour. His love for Texas fisheries is apparent in his results, as the majority of his top-10 finishes so far have all came on legendary Texas fisheries, such as Lake Amistad and Lake Falcon.
Brasher biggest bass, a 9-pound, 4-ounce toad was weighed in at Toledo Bend in 2011.
